When our newest client tasked us with creating an inspirational experience that would make a special impression on their guests, we knew we had to think big.

Many of this client’s guests are based in Germany, so we approached the brief with convenience and minimal travelling in mind. We landed on the Belgian Grand Prix – a high-adrenaline event with a roaring crowd and superb hospitality.

It’s the seemingly subtle touches that can elevate an experience to extraordinary. We arranged luxurious accommodation in nearby Germany that offered a short travel time to the circuit via executive transfers and ensured tickets for the racing itself afforded impressive views of the track. One of our suppliers, who specialises in F1, joined the group as a guide, providing insights into the experience – a distinctive element that the guests enjoyed immensely.
