Building lasting relationships
Andy Williamson’s company manufactures products for the construction industry. His clients include major retailers, builders, contractors, specifiers and architects and he knows from experience that entertaining plays an important role in helping develop solid business relationships and foster loyalty. Having worked with Andy for many years we really understand both his business and his target audience and this enables us to create events that deliver exactly the outcome that he is aiming for.
The experience is what really matters and we like working with someone who can give us new ideas and challenge us.
A winning event at Cheltenham
One example is a recent event at Cheltenham Racecourse where PURE Co planned and managed absolutely everything including accommodation at the fabulous Cheltenham Chase Hotel, hospitality at Cheltenham Racecourse, luxury coach travel to and from the event and private dining at the hotel.
We used PURE Co for our Cheltenham experience this year, they put together a special package and the feedback from our customers was by far the best yet.
Making a difference
We knew exactly what would work for this group and we made sure that they had a splendid time. In the past the company had opted for a private box at the races, knowing them as we do we thought tables in a shared restaurant would be a better option – and we were right! We also knew exactly how to make the group feel special throughout their stay. Our executive coach was very high spec with the on-board bar and stewardess going down really well. The group also had a with a dedicated PURE Co host looking after them from when they came down for breakfast in the morning, throughout their time at the racecourse, until they finally finished their private dining event in the evening. Andy was delighted with the way the event turned out.
I rate PURE Co very highly, they are very good at making clients feel special. It’s the little things, like taking their dirty plates away, filling up their glass, small touches that make them feel looked after and important.
