Attending the Italian Grand Prix at Monza

We have been working with Danny Wake from Extrudakerb for several years now and have made a point of really getting to know his business and the sort of event that works for him and his people.

So, when Danny asked us to help arrange a group incentive trip, we knew a weekend in Milan, with tickets to the Italian Grand Prix at Monza and a stay in the fabulous designer STRAFhotel (which also houses one of the best bars in the city) would be perfect for the group.  

It's all in the detail

Attention to detail was key for this event. We arranged flights from regional airports to make it more convenient for members of the team to travel. We also ensured slick transfers between venues using five star executive group travel throughout the stay. We also made sure that they had the best Grandstand tickets at Monza ensuring fabulous views of the finishing line.  

We could not have asked for a better Grand Prix experience. With Central Grandstand seats, we had a clear view of the finishing line and thoroughly enjoyed the day. In addition, having a Grand Prix rep on the race day really did smooth the running of the event.

A smooth operator 

A PURE Co member of staff was on-hand the whole time to ensure that everything ran like clockwork. We know that often it's the little things that count, like taking extra sunscreen in case someone has forgotten theirs or having extra phone chargers to hand for when batteries run low. Our experienced event executive had everything covered and made sure that each and every guest felt looked after and really special. 

An event to remember

Danny’s guests had a wonderful time and he was thrilled with the outcome. We are looking forward to working with him to plan his next special event.
