Penlaw asked PURE Co to help them arrange an unforgettable trip for their top spending clients. They were after something really different, something with a real WOW factor, and that's exactly what we gave them.
We want real quality and the last couple of trips have delivered exactly what we are looking for. We have used other event management companies in the past, but now we only use PURE Co.
Out of Africa and out of this world!
We started with a destination that their customers would not have already visited, that could offer a variety of unique activities to help create a truly memorable experience. We settled on Cape Town and a stay in the glorious 'One & Only' hotel resort which boasts luxury facilities as well as superb, lavish cuisine created by some of the World's top chefs.
PURE Co handle everything and their event management is superb! They add a very personal touch and it really makes people want to come back for more.
A suite of carefully selected activities were arranged to ensure guests got a real feel for the vibrant culture of Africa's 'Mother City'. These included golf on two championship courses, De Zalze - on the outskirts of Stellenbosch valley - and Atlantic Beach - with its picture postcard views over Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
We also planned a cable car ride up Table Mountain to take in the spectacular views, and a wine tasting at Groot Constantia - the oldest wine producing farm in South Africa. Finally, to ramp up the 'thrill' factor, we organised a boat trip with shark cage diving - a truly unforgettable experience, not for the faint of heart but perfect for this particular group.
Our expert team arranged absolutely everything, from flights and executive transport to hotel accommodation and activities, overseeing every tiny detail of this fantastic itinerary. A PURE Co representative was also on the ground throughout to ensure that everything ran smoothly and without a hitch.
The outcome
Penlaw were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. It created the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with their clients and develop important business relationships. Importantly, Penlaw saw their top client spend increase as a direct result.
